Our Nurse Aide course runs from 4-6 weeks, and the 140 hours of instruction includes BLS CPR training and certification. The Nurse Aide course prepares graduates to take the NNAAP exam in Virginia, right here at Agape Training Center to become a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA). Funding for the Mary Marshall Nursing Scholarship Program (MMNSP) is dependent upon funds appropriated each year by the Virginia General Assembly and by Board of Nursing, as well as the number of qualified applicants.
Participants in the MMNSP for Certified Nursing Aides (CNA) shall receive up to $1000.
Who is eligible for the MMNSP?
CNAs who have…- graduated,
- received licensure or
certification within 1 year of the application
and are employed. - or have a contract to begin working for an employer,
- or are enrolled in a program to begin licensure process with an employer and had
an anticipated employment start date. - Additional funds are available for those who commit to working in a long-term care facility.

Monday – Friday NIGHTS 4:30 – 9:30PM
Pre-registration is required. The course fee is $950 and includes books and BLS CPR certification. A deposit of $300 is needed to hold your place in the class. We accept MasterCard and Visa. The course must be paid in full by the orientation date. Orientation is the Thursday before class begins. (9:00 am for the day class and 4:00 pm for the night class.)

Student Requirements:
- At least 18 years old(some exceptions apply)
- Able to read, write and comprehend English
- Proof of negative TB test (PPD/Tuberculosis)
- Proof of negative drug test
- Good manual dexterity and visual acuity
